All About Us
Welcome to All About Games in Belfast, Maine. The store is owned by Patricia and Ray Estabrook. We are a family game store that has been serving people who love games since 1996. When we first opened the store in 1996 we specialized in "adventure games" targeted primarily to young people between the ages of 12-18. Since then we have broadened our range to sell non-electronic games and puzzles for people of all ages and abilities.
Ray and I both grew up in families that played games. Some of my fondest memories involve playing Scrabble or Canasta around the family dining table. Ray played strategy board games with his father from the time he was nine years old. The memories we have of these happy times inspired us to teach our extended family the joys of gaming and now to reach out to you. It is our goal to help you find games that will be fondly remembered for years to come. We provide the competent and friendly service that you expect in Maine. We hope that shopping online will be almost as much fun as coming to our store in person.
We do everything in our power to make your shopping experience as pleasant as possible.
- Shipping: All in-stock games or puzzles will be shipped within 48 hours of your order. We ship through U.S. Mail unless you request otherwise.
- Backorders: If you request a game or puzzle that is not currently in stock we will be glad to order it for you. We will give you an estimate of when to expect your order and we will follow up with you when the product becomes available.
- Privacy: We respect your privacy and do not sell or release your name or address to anyone.
- Returns: Sometimes products must be returned. Please call us toll free immediately if any product we sent to you was damaged. We will send you a replacement or refund your money. For all other returns please call us to discuss the matter before returning the game.
Our Staff
We are quite proud of our staff. They are dedicated young men and women who work hard to make sure that you find the right games. Most of the young people we hire are teenagers who are members of The Game Loft, a youth center Ray and I founded in 1998. These young people know and love games and are able to recommend good games to you.
